I’m a mum of 2 and became a Personal Trainer after discovering how much exercise helped me find myself again after having children.

The physical & mental health benefits to exercise are amazing! I feel privileged I get to help others work towards achieving their goals.

I include weight training, HIIT & cardio to varying degrees with my clients depending on their goals & have the flexibility to adjust sessions/plans should the need occur…its not a case of one size fits all everyone is very different.

I believe that workouts should be fun whilst achieving you the results you want. 1-1 Personal Training & 2-1 training (if from same bubble) sessions are available at our private studio in Chelmsford CM1 4FH.

About My Class

  • Although exercise is set you do what you can! if you need rest then rest

My HIIT style class mainly uses body weight exercises. Periods of intense work followed by rest. A good full body workout in 45 mins.
