Our platform caters for both LIVE (via ZOOM) and pre recorded content which can be accessed 24/7
Unlike a lot of platform that provide just recorded sessions, our PT’s are able to observe our participants, offering extra motivation, ensuring form is maintained. Essentially having a PT in your living room.
Our classes have proved to be friendly and enjoyable, however when the class starts, its game time.
Our platform along with the LIVE classes and pre recorded workouts has the following
Over 60 meal ideas with ingredients and how to prepare the meal
We have YOGA and Pilates and soon Zumba. All included with the membership
Workout classes include HIIT, AMRAP, Bodyweight, Weight classes, Legs Bums and Tums and Abs
I’ll be sending a guest log in for you to full explore the site and would encourage you to join a live class
