I am a London based Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and I am passionate about helping others find space in their bodies, heads and hearts. I believe that yoga is for everybody and should be both a great workout for both the body and the mind. My classes are fun and flowing, but with a bit of challenge thrown in too. My aim is to ensure you leave feeling renewed, having found space in your body and mind.
I have been practicing yoga for over six years. I love it because I am always discovering new things about the practice and myself. Yoga has helped me build fitness, strength and flexibility but has also become a journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance for me. I love teaching yoga because I love having the opportunity to give back what yoga has given me, and I love making people feel great!
