At Safy fitness we offer a range of different training options.
1 to 1 personal training sessions with advice on nutrition and diet, these can be completed online, or in local open spaces or clients own homes.
Client Program Design option, where clients can have all the perks of 1 to 1 personal training sessions with a careful program design and nutritional plan to follow at home. This options requires dedication and motivation from the client but they are supported and required to follow their program at home.
Buggy Bootcamp sessions, held in Waterloo Park and Eaton Park Tuesdays and Fridays 10.30 am An exercise class for parents, carers and anyone else who wants to come along, you don’t have to be in charge of a buggy, all age children are welcome.
A 1 hour class in the park, exercising in the great outdoors. This will be a group taught session with a warm up, strength and toning, followed by a cool down and stretch. This is great fun, good for the heart and mind and a brilliant stress buster. Don’t worry if you have never done anything like this before, Hannah has been teaching buggy fit classes for years in Cambridge and is used to all eventualities exercising with a baby can bring.
Mums, its as much as a social event as it is a workout. During these sessions we will concentrate on strengthening the core and the all important pelvic floor muscles, As well as working on the legs and bums. These classes are for all abilities and are really fun, we will try bridges with our babies, push ups while kissing the little ones and chat allot.
Ladies only Bootcamp Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 6.30 pm Waterloo Park, Norwich
A 45 minute session of outdoor exercise with like minded ladies, an opportunity to get fit, lose weight, tone up and have fun. Every session is different and all levels and abilities are welcome and all exercises have options for all levels of fitness.
