Group Circuit Training – Come down and join my group circuit training classes, all levels are welcome. These classes are 30 minutes long and are fun to be involved in. Join like minded people who have all chosen the fit life – Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Online Coaching – Online coaching is becoming increasingly popular with clients, and if this suits you and perhaps you are not local to Chatham in Kent, then this is something we can take part in together.
Whether you have access to gym equipment or not, I will personally build you a 12 week workout plan with nutritional support and meal plans designed specifically on your goals.
This is completed with the use of my free to download Smartphone app which is simple and easy to use. I will push the personalised workouts straight to your smart phone and we can communicate easily on that platform.
I will be able to offer further support online through one-to-one video calls, emails and other messaging services.

One to One Personal Training – Prices for one-to-one personal training starts at £30 per hour. I would usually recommend a minimum of two sessions per week for beginners.
