I am an ex-ballerina, and mum of two boys (9 & 12), and I’m 40 years old. I qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer about 3 years ago and set up my own little business. My background in dance massively influences how I train clients. I focus on posture, core control and flexibility, but most of all I aim to inspire every woman to exercise to improve their health, fitness and quality of life.

About My Class

My Zoom classes are suitable for all abilities, they last just 30 minutes and can easily be fitted into your front room.

Aerobics is super bouncy and energetic, Ballet Fit is Zero impact and focuses more on control, and resistance bands help you build lean muscle. I also run a Free facebook live stretch class every Friday at 11am. This is a great opportunity to really work on improving mobility and can also have a positive impact on lower back pain and stiffness.
