I am highly energetic, fun, friendly instructor. I love building communities of like-minded people and helping my clients reach their goals.

I absolutely love being a fitness instructor, I get to help others whilst spending time doing the thing I love most. I get a real buzz from watching and assisting with people’s progress, even more so when they reach the target’s they set out to achieve.

It’s amazing to see the changes in people, physically, mentally and emotionally. Exercise and fitness is a powerful tool for changing and improving people’s lives.

The positivity created from a good fitness class is amazing and can lift anyone’s mood and outlook.


I have always been into fitness and started at a young age with boxing in the local ‘boys club’. I carried on with fitness as a hobby throughout my teaching career. When I had my third child (10 years ago) I was offered a job in a gym which I snapped up as quick as I could. Whilst on maternity leave I completed my first lot of qualifications in fitness and haven’t looked back.

Since then I have worked in several different gyms gaining experience and completing more qualifications, and now I work for myself and run my own business; Bexfit-Commit To Be Fit.

I have developed a fun timetable of online fitness classes to suit all different needs, abilities and budgets to see us through lockdown.

This has enabled me to build a friendly, online community of like-minded people, who help support each other and keep on track through these tough times.


Level 2 – fitness instructing, gym based

Level 3 – Programming and supervising exercise with disabled clients

Level 3 – Pre and Postnatal exercise


Level 2 – Fitness instructing exercise and physical activity for children

Non-contact boxing tutor

FITT- CPD courses – Circuit Training, Kettlebell Instructor, Boxing Padwork, Outdoor Training, Indoor Cycling

First aid at work


£5 per class PAYG
£10 weekly unlimited classes or £30 for the month

My Classes

I run a range of classes including: HIIT, Core, Bodyweight, Bootcamp, Boxfit and Circuits, with even more to come!

During the classes, the exercises are timed, enabling you to work to your own pace. Each class is different, you will never do the same class twice!

Through ten years of experience and a large range of qualifications, I can adapt classes to suit many needs, including pre and postnatal, kids and disabilities, as well as people just beginning their fitness journey and those striving for peak fitness.
