Summary of Class
My passion is to share my knowledge and experience of Yoga and show how beneficial it is for us. What I enjoy most about teaching, is watching people’s personal journeys with Yoga, allowing them to come to a class to escape the madness and find tranquillity amongst it all.

Type of Class
Summary of Class
I teach Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. This is an energetic type of yoga but can be adapted for a slower, softer class. I will give variations for poses to suit different abilities and body types. I like to give my students something to take off the mat, so I enjoy bringing yoga philosophy and encouraging self-exploration in my classes.

Summary of Class
My strong science and veterinary medical background has given me an excellent grounding in the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology across all species. It helps me to separate the ‘fad from fiction’, in today’s modern world where social media is often relied upon as a source of lifestyle advice and information. I have endeavoured to gain the relevant and registrable qualification to teach my students reliable and evidence-based yoga techniques to help them enrich their lives and reap the same benefits as I have through my own practice.
