Summary of Class
I like to make all my sessions fun, challenging and really interactive. One of my prime objectives is to make the client feel safe through clear instruction and delivery; as well as educating them about their own bodies so their exercise experience is enhanced. The more they ‘feel’ the movement, the better the results! My tagline is ‘Feel your best – Be your best’

Summary of Class
I love teaching and smile throughout the whole class; this shines through in my class and is the main thing people comment on. My classes are friendly, accessible to all, relaxed and everyone takes the class at their own pace.
Lauren Hollie Ash
Summary of Class
I like my classes to be not too serious (even Pilates) as I don’t take myself too seriously and want people to have fun and feel relaxed. I want to create a community of like-minded people that feel connected through my classes even though we’re all doing them in our own homes.

Summary of Class
My teaching style is relaxed and upbeat, and I’d like to think that my classes, whether ‘regular’ or pre and post-natal are challenging so that people feel that they are getting a really good workout which remains appropriate and safe – I would rather offer adaptations and progressions rather than make assumptions about people’s abilities.
