Summary of Class:
I love functional training and incorporate this in all my sessions. I include weighted and unweighted exercises, plus cardio and core stability. The balance of training consistently with different types of exercise techniques is key and the best way to achieve and maintain your desired results. No two sessions are ever the same so you will never be bored and never know what’s coming!

Summary of Class:
I would define myself as a direct, observant and supportive instructor: if motivation is what you’re after, I’m the right person for you!

What I enjoy the most about teaching classes and offering 1-to-1 fitness services is witnessing the journey undertaken by my clients, which often isn’t only about
gaining a stronger body/ feeling better with themselves, but especially conquering confidence and focus.

Summary of Class:
I like my classes to be not too serious (even Pilates) as I don’t take myself too seriously and want people to have fun and feel relaxed. I want to create a community of like-minded people that feel connected through my classes even though we’re all doing them in our own homes.

Summary of Class:
I would describe my style as being friendly, upbeat and inclusive. All my training can be adapted with lower impact alternatives given. I am a mum of two and completely understand the strain which life puts on our bodies, and that very few people don’t suffer from one ache or another as they get older.

Summary of Class:
When working with someone new I think it is important to take a bit of time to find out more about the individual. Everyone is unique.
My style includes a mixture of mobility, strength and cardio. The sessions really depend on what the individuals goals are.
