My classes are high intensity, with choreographed moves that you could show off when you go out with your friends. You might not see yourself as a dancer but after attending couples of my classes you will be able to dance like a pro while burning over 400 calories.

I try to keep the price low to make my class accessible to people. My class is Inclusive; I have a range of ages and ability attend my classes. There is a mix of music styles, Soca, Pop, R&B with an emphasis on the Zumba core rhythms (Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa and Reggaeton).

It doesn’t matter what your goal is, whether it’s to lose weight, tone up or just to do something, my classes are open to all and I’ve loved helping so many different people achieve different things that are important to them.
