My personal training business operates as 5060fit, working mostly with middle-aged clients that seek to improve their health and fitness.

My PROPER MUSIC HIIT fitness classes are performed to the best sounds: 70s 80s 90s indie/rock/disco/house whatever – and I take requests!

Summary of Class
I like my classes to be not too serious (even Pilates) as I don’t take myself too seriously and want people to have fun and feel relaxed. I want to create a community of like-minded people that feel connected through my classes even though we’re all doing them in our own homes.
