CUBAtone Fitness is an all-round workout of high-intensity cardio and bodyweight toning and resistance exercises inspired and influenced by traditional Afro-Cuban and Caribbean Latin music and dance styles. It is not just another dance fitness class – it is fun, enjoyable, inclusive and uplifting but has serious effective fitness content.
