We know that you don’t always have time to attend exercise classes in person, so sometimes taking part in an online fitness class can fit into your routine more easily. Some of our instructors offer pre-recorded and live fitness classes online for you to access from the comfort of your own home.

I teach Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. This is an energetic type of yoga but can be adapted for a slower, softer class. I will give variations for poses to suit different abilities and body types. I like to give my students something to take off the mat, so I enjoy bringing yoga philosophy and encouraging self-exploration in my classes.
