We know that you don’t always have time to attend exercise classes in person, so sometimes taking part in an online fitness class can fit into your routine more easily. Some of our instructors offer pre-recorded and live fitness classes online for you to access from the comfort of your own home.

I teach a range of sessions online, all based around strengthening the core using either Pilates or Yoga techniques as well as HIIT based sessions. Suitable for all levels, especially those who have suffered with postural issues, postnatal or just generally looking to strengthen up the core.

The dance aerobic work out is so fun that it feels more like you’re going out dancing with you friends than it does a gruelling exercise regime.

In a dark room with glow sticks in hand, you follow an instructor through aerobic moves that have been adapted to go along to a sound track of 90s club anthems.

In my 10 years as a PT and gym instructor I have trained over 400 people a year. I have also been involved with the fitness world for nearly three decades, as both an athlete and a coach.

Unlike a lot of platform that provide just recorded sessions, our PT’s are able to observe our participants, offering extra motivation, ensuring form is maintained. Essentially having a PT in your living room.
