Summary of Class: I’m currently only running live online baby yoga & massage classes (with on-demand options) due to the current situation.


Clients can expect a lovely 30 minutes of stretching, relaxing, building baby’s motor skills and enjoying special bonding time with their little ones.

Summary of Class: My style of teaching is FUN! I am known as ‘Smily Jo’ by my participants and other local instructors – exercise does not necessarily need to be serious and hard core, and that is certainly not my style! Apart from delivering relaxed classes, I am a lover of dress-up, fun themes, charity classes, cheesy tunes and props (whipping scarves around, shaking maracas etc..)

Summary of Class: I teach a range of sessions online, all based around strengthening the core using either Pilates or Yoga techniques as well as HIIT based sessions. Suitable for all levels, especially those who have suffered with postural issues, postnatal or just generally looking to strengthen up the core.

Summary of Class: I try to keep the price low to make my class accessible to people. My class is Inclusive; I have a range of ages and ability attend my classes. There is a mix of music styles, Soca, Pop, R&B with an emphasis on the Zumba core rhythms (Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa and Reggaeton).

Summary of Class: My sessions are for peri-post Menopausal Females, but I also cater for Males. My sessions have a predominant focus on feeling good without exhausting the person. Well-being, through movement and mindfulness.

Summary of Class: My strong science and veterinary medical background has given me an excellent grounding in the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology across all species. It helps me to separate the ‘fad from fiction’, in today’s modern world where social media is often relied upon as a source of lifestyle advice and information. I have endeavoured to gain the relevant and registrable qualification to teach my students reliable and evidence-based yoga techniques to help them enrich their lives and reap the same benefits as I have through my own practice.

The dance aerobic work out is so fun that it feels more like you’re going out dancing with you friends than it does a gruelling exercise regime.

In a dark room with glow sticks in hand, you follow an instructor through aerobic moves that have been adapted to go along to a sound track of 90s club anthems.

Summary of Class: I would describe my style as being friendly, upbeat and inclusive. All my training can be adapted with lower impact alternatives given. I am a mum of two and completely understand the strain which life puts on our bodies, and that very few people don’t suffer from one ache or another as they get older.
