Love of dance and being inspired by my Mother to practice yoga early in life got me interested in exercise and it seemed logical to teach what I enjoyed doing later on.
My style is very accessible and I like to build a rapport with my classes and clients as well as challenge them. I enjoy mixing things up so no one gets stale or complacent including myself! Since having my little boy I have really become inspired to teach not just new mums but promote the benefits of families working out together and taking their workouts out doors as much as possible. I run workshops and masterclasses in non-lockdown times and love to show participants how far they can come in a relatively short time. Exercise for me is about mental as well as physical well being.
