Fitsteps: is just one of the dance fitness classes that I offer. Fitsteps is a unique dance fitness class that is based around Latin and Ballroom dance. Each dance genre has specific steps matched to it and I choreograph my routines so that varying degrees of intensity are offered, making my classes suitable and achievable for everyone, no matter what age, gender or previous experience.
Every class includes eight routines and I change one routine a week to keep things fresh. There will always be a warm up and cool down in each session because exercising safely is a priority of mine. I offer different options of varying intensity so that the workout suits your fitness level. I break down the steps and add some dance technique but the emphasis is on fitness.
