Having completed my Msc and Bsc I wanted to travel the world and share my passion for exercise and ﬁtness. So for 8 years I was a ﬁtness instructor overseas, teaching in a number of different countries, teaching different people every week. Since moving back to the UK in 2015, I have been teaching in a number of ﬁtness and well being facilities. I had a baby in 2019 and developed a large separation in my abdominals. So worked on a programme to help close the gap and then began to help other mums who had similar issues. I love being able to help others in their ﬁtness journey to achieve their goals with them. I like my sessions to be suitable for all abilities, always starting off easy and giving options to challenge those that want them.
