My name is Lizzy and my mantra is Live Laugh Train – in that order. Maintaining a healthy body and mind is essential but only within the context of living life and laughing. I started personal training after my original corporate career as I had always been passionate about the benefits of exercise and wanted to pass on that passion to others. I LOVE what I do! I get such a buzz from my clients perhaps coming along slightly unwillingly and then leaving my class feeling fantastic and radiating the healthy afterglow of their training in the form of positive hormones! I would describe my style as being friendly, upbeat and inclusive. All my training can be adapted with lower impact alternatives given. I am a mum of two and completely understand the strain which life puts on our bodies, and that very few people don’t suffer from one ache or another as they get older.

I feel proud I have lost very few clients since 2016 when I started – and then only to work commitments. I maintain a schedule of personal training, training in pairs and group classes, such as this one on a Friday. I work all over  Highgate, Muswell Hill and Crouch End.
