Liz teaches vinyasa style yoga, focusing on creating balance in the body with a moving partnership of strength and openness based postures, whilst inviting fluid movement that feels good and breathwork for whole wellbeing. Liz focuses her classes on a theme over a few classes to give you an opportunity to learn more about the practice and see physical progression. Liz encourages a friendly feel in classes where we don’t take ourselves too seriously, all set to a varied playlist that helps you to get into the flow and have fun with the practice.
How I got into yoga:
Liz came to yoga 5 years ago, initially hooked by the intense workout she got from hot yoga classes, to now where she still enjoys faster paced classes, but also incorporates a slower paced practice which challenges the mind and body in a different way.
What I enjoy about being an instructor:
“I love being able to share the ancient knowledge of yoga with others, this is a holistic practice based on the whole experience and has given me so much. My passion is to share what I have learnt about this healing practice, so others can feel the body and mind benefits.”
