I would say my instructor style is unique and high energy. I joined a local boutique gym 6 years ago and fell in love with group exercise. The manager saw something in me and asked me to come on board to teach. I just love training not just for my physical health but my mental health too. The social factor and the energy in the room during a class is infectious. The gym I was at unfortunately closed in December 2019 so I was left to either give up my dream job or go freelance. So I took a great big leap and Lets Move Fitness was born.

At Lets Move Fitness we create in-house fitness classes, giving our sessions a unique style! We also teach PoundFit – a full-body cardio exercise inspired by drumming, so you can channel your inner rock star!

£4 for 45 min
£5 per hour

Level2 ETM

Pound pro trained

Blast and jump fx trained

Cert in nutrition from optimum nutrition

My Classes

I currently teach lots of different formats. Poundfit twice a week. Combat freestyle class. Cardio, resistance (pump style class) a banded class called flexx and a HIIT style class called cardio tone. You can expect great calorie burn, laughs and fun workouts from me!
