When I began to teach exercise I was 16 years old! Now that is a long time  ago!!! I started covering classes for my dance teacher and my passion for  movement began there. I enjoy making people happy and helping people  realise that you do not have to beat yourself up to get a good workout. My  sessions are for peri-post Menopausal Females, but I also cater for Males.  My sessions have a predominant focus on feeling good without exhausting  the person. Well-being, through movement and mindfulness.

My classes are Online via Facebook Live & Zoom, you can expect a lot of  Fun and a great workout or release or even a relaxation.

Our classes are always a great time for mind and body, always advising to listen to our body giving good advice.
Fun and fitness combined it really does work


She’s makes the whole exercise thing fun and exciting and she is so funny! I love the way she talks you through the excuses adding little funny jokes it’s great! Lisa is an absolute inspiration so pleased I came across her on Facebook!
