I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with big a passion for fitness and music. My combined love for the two form the structure for all my classes. Exercise should be fun and exciting, and my goal for each class is not only to break a good sweat, but have fun while doing it!

About My Class

Combat:

A cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music. Expect to burn heaps of calories and feel great whilst you’re doing it! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness.

 

Leg bums and tums (LBT):

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate – trust us, your body will thank you for it!

 

Circuit:

If you’re looking for a high intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is a great class to attend. Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Join in this classic class for a fun way to work out!

 

Abs:

A class designed to target the area we all love to hate! Whether your goal is a 6 pack or a flat stomach… crunch, twist and plank your way to the abs you’ve always wanted. Are you ready to put your core to the test?

 

Athletic training:

A combination of Speed and Power training along with Strength and Core exercises to really put your fitness level to the test!

Luckily for me, I was the only attendee in the class and the teacher was kind enough to hold it even though I was late! Had so much fun and got an incredibly good workout! Still got DOMs 2 days later! Fab class... would highly recommend!

The perfect Abs class! I do a lot of
them but this was one is TOP. Great variety of exercises and Patrick is so motivating!

Really loved this class, wow the burn but in a good way! Really positive class, felt really spurred on when it got tough and everything was clear to see and well explained. Signed up for the following 2 weeks straight after 🙂
