I’ve followed in my mum’s footsteps who’s also been a fitness instructor for the last 10+ years. I got into it while I was in sixth form, and actually used a school bursary to get my first qualification. I like my classes to be not too serious (even Pilates) as I don’t take myself too seriously and want people to have fun and feel relaxed. I want to create a community of like-minded people that feel connected through my classes even though we’re all doing them in our own homes. I love helping people feel better about themselves and showing them that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore!

£30/month for unlimited classes

I have multiple classes which people can access through a private FB group, some will be livestreams straight into the group and others on Zoom. My current classes include Abs Blast, Pilates, HIIT, Body Conditioning, Barre, Trigger Point Pilates and Desk Moments. They vary from 10-45 minutes. Once in the group they have access to previous workouts so can always go back. Full descriptions of each class can be found on my website.

I am also offering online coaching alongside my classes! I offer:

PT sessions in person (Bedfordshire area) or on Zoom
Online Coaching Package (fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching) on a monthly basis
One off 4 or 6 week personalised workout plan

I really enjoyed Lauren’s Pilates
classes – I’m a newbie to Pilates but Lauren explained everything so well and I was able to follow along without any problems. Her class had a good balance of challenging and easier movements and I’d definitely recommend going along.



Lauren presents her classes with a calm confidence, she will coach and motivate you in a way that puts you at ease and able to get the most out of the workout.
