I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and love my job! I love helping people reach their goals, building friendships, motivating others and having fun doing what I love.
I began in group fitness, teaching a wide range of classes and ensuring every class is different, challenging and most importantly fun! I then qualified as a personal trainer, where I could really focus on the individual and create tailored plans and build great relationships with my clients.
I have been working with children for a couple of years now which is completely different again but so much fun to see them working hard and enjoying themselves.
I qualified as a baby yoga instructor over a year ago and it has opened up a whole new world to me, especially now I have my own little one. It’s such a lovely way to bond with baby whilst caring for yourself.
Whether we’re dancing, lifting weights, jumping around the room or relaxing with baby…we’re smiling!

I have been to a few of Kayleigh's classes (trampolining fit, Zumba, high intensity workouts) and enjoyed every one! She is an inspiring, energy-filled teacher, and always adapts exercises to suit individuals needs. Fantastic results from Kayleigh’s online training programme! Six weeks: 6lb loss, 6.5 inches loss, I can now do proper push-ups AND triceps push-us (still only two, but I couldn’t do any six weeks ago!), AND can do some very tricky Pilates moves that I couldn’t even attempt before.
A great programme that fits around my life: just 30 mins a day, at home, of a variety of fitness classes. Love it
I have always been a fan of keeping fit with circuits, the gym and running... then a few years ago, I met Kayleigh and joined her bodyblast class. I loved it and have been ever since and also joined her dance fit classes... my core strength has improved dramatically and it is down to Kayleigh’s innovative sessions and enthusiasm. I appreciate the effort Kayleigh puts in to planning each training session and how each one is different from the last. Oh and fun too of course
