I am very passionate about helping ladies live a healthy life, not only physically but mentally. 
Everyone is different and everyone has different goals so on the PT side this is super important, making it enjoyable but pushing to achieve results. 
Most of the women who attend either Boxercise or Outdoor Fitness will say they are challenged but encouraged along the way, and the support and friendships they have forged is another bonus.

My Classes

Boxercise is an amazing, fun way, to build strength and burn calories. Half of the class time is given to boxing, this is using gloves and pads and you are partnered up with someone who is of a similar ability. The rest of the time is usually circuit training using equipment and bodyweight. 

Outdoor Fitness is usually based on a circuit theme. A mixture of bodyweight & equipment based exercises, sometimes involving small amounts of running (depending on the weather). No matter what the exercise-modified versions are always given. The class is held in an area which is sheltered from the elements. I always make sure classes are different, never the same!

Boxercise: 6.30 - 7.30 pm


Outdoor Fitness @ Oakhill Park: 9 am
