I first ventured into the world of fitness & sports massage (age 45) through my love & dedication of running!
I love to see the process of change in people, both mentally & physically! Positive mind attitude is my style
of teaching & to ensure everyone works to the best of their ability.
I was curious about injury & the repair process, so started off with the sports massage, which is very popular
across the entire fitness industry. I also offer different types of massage e.g. natural face lift & warm bamboolots of others too!
I have worked in my local area for about 2 years & have worked in my local gym for a year, where I also teach
Spin, Kettlebells, Core classes & personal training.
I teach 5 ladies on a Monday eve & we currently use our own body weight to perform lots of varied exercises.

My Classes

Through out lock down, I was still teaching my ladies via zoom & this worked extremely well, both mentally
physically & also the social aspect! I also taught live classes to help the members of the gym & put these
classes on free of charge! Its times like these that we all pull together.
Although I don’t have a current online timetable (except for the gym), i’m happy to be contacted to arrange
times & places & would also welcome any runners to a small running group (free of charge).
My PT sessions are catered for everyone as an individual as no 2 people are alike! All I ask, is that you do your
best & I will keep you motivated!

Just had a wonderful resistant band work out with the lovely Kathryn. She made sure I was doing each exercise correctly. It was a very relaxing atmosphere but at the same time intense but slow movements. Just what I needed after coming back from a shoulder injury and an ongoing knee injury.

I felt every exercise was beneficial, and I was on the lowest tension band.

What happens when you wake up Thursday morning with very bad back pain and your running the 2019 London Marathon on the Sunday? You message KT massage and Fitness that's what. Spoke to KY early Thursday, got an appointment for Friday. As an experienced runner herself, KT provided reassurance and the perfect treatment to put me back together ready for Sunday. Can not thank you enough. Five star recommendation. She is also offering great post marathon treatment deals!


What started as a bands class has moved into a multi functional class . Which is great as each week we do something different. We have core , upper and lower body exercises and cardio too , not going to lie it’s hard work but the benefits are great stamina and fitness . Kathryn will start us off then watches to make sure we are positioned correctly for the best result . For a friendly workout class give it a go
