I’ve always been interested in health and fitness and was inspired to become an instructor after participating in and loving Aerobics and Step classes back in the 90’s. Later, I wanted to become a Personal Trainer too and decided to study Sport and Exercise Science so I could use advanced scientific techniques to get my clients first class results. And I’ve recently become an evidence-based nutritionist to help them improve their eating habits and maximize training results.
I love working with women of all ages and I specialize in fat loss and body transformations. And it’s so rewarding to work with women who lack confidence and self-esteem and inspire them to enjoy exercise and achieve amazing things! I always aim to deliver my sessions in a fun, friendly and supportive way and am committed to helping my clients achieve the best results.
