Kathleen Shahbaz

I’ve always been interested in health and fitness and was inspired to become an instructor after participating in and loving Aerobics and Step classes back in the 90’s. Later, I wanted to become a Personal Trainer too and decided to study Sport and Exercise Science so I could use advanced scientific techniques to get my clients first class results. And I’ve recently become an evidence-based nutritionist to help them improve their eating habits and maximize training results.

I love working with women of all ages and I specialize in fat loss and body transformations. And it’s so rewarding to work with women who lack confidence and self-esteem and inspire them to enjoy exercise and achieve amazing things! I always aim to deliver my sessions in a fun, friendly and supportive way and am committed to helping my clients achieve the best results.

About My Class

When you enquire about PT sessions, I offer a free 30 minute consultation so we can discuss your goals and aspirations, decide which package will suit you best to see if we’re a good fit.

My sessions are energizing and challenging and include conditioning and cardio work in various formats. No two sessions are the same so you’ll never be bored! I aim to make my sessions as enjoyable as possible so you’ll always look forward to coming back for more.

I’ll usually give you ‘homework’ and provide online support (exercise videos, nutritional advice and resources) to augment your sessions.

NB: I train female clients only.
