Clients will get a friendly welcome and feel part of a community when joining my classes. The classes are varied every week, focusing on different areas of the body depending on the needs of the clients. I encourage feedback to ensure I can make the sessions effective for everyone and that they all benefit equally whilst making it enjoyable.
