My name is Kasia and I am the owner of Fearless Fitness- Fighting Fit. I have been working within fitness area for years- first as a professional dance and group fitness instructor, the finally as Personal Trainer & Coach. People inspire me – potential health issues, lack of motivation or their mental well- being- it all drives me to continually develop new skills and strengthen my current ones. I do not claim I know everything, but I strive to knowledge and any obstacles my Clients perceive, become my challenges to conquer.

Class Details

Fearless Fitness provides boxing coaching and fitness instruction to the community via variety of tools and skills. Boxing Bootcamps are open to any ability and skill. The Fitness Journey ain’t an easy one but we are all in this together. We are all ‘Fighting Fit’.

At the moment the only scheduled classes are via ZOOM. Once the lockdown is lifted and group exercise permitted we will resume our Fighting Fit Bootcamps.

Kasia is an amazing personal trainer. I would recommend Kasia at Fearless Fitness as she motivates and inspires me to work hard to achieve my goals. During this difficult time of Covid 19, Kasia is still training through Facebook and online PT workouts, which is fantastic and keeps me focussed! 🏃♀️💪

First night back at boxing after a few years. Kasia worked us hard in the warm up and David gave me a great few rounds on the pads. Throw in a couple of rounds on the bags. All in all a great workout. Very impressed.
