My instructing style is relaxed yet informative but most of all fun!
Fitness has always been a big part of my life which started off in Childhood as a
competitive swimmer before hitting the gym, tackling marathons and falling in love
with outdoor exercise.
After having children I decided to turn my passion into my career, I know just how
hard it is to get your fitness back to pre pregnancy levels whilst juggling a busy
household.

My Park Mum sessions are tailored to new mums for all fitness abilities doing
exercises safe for the postnatal period where you work to your own ability. Sessions
are a mixture of bodyweight and circuits. Any age of baby/toddler are welcome, the children are not used as resistance during classes.
PT sessions are tailored to the individual to meet their fitness goals. This can be
resistance, cardio, bodyweight sessions, or a combination of all three! As I am mobile
PT I have the luxury of being able to take my kit with me wherever my client chooses
to train.

My classes usually take place in Danbury, Essex. However I will also travel to a client’s location of choice.
