I’m a Personal trainer from Essex with 2 years’ experience with training clients towards fat loss goals! I specialize in clients with Obesity, Post and Pre-natal women and all others looking to improve on their fitness!

I use a variety of techniques to make training as fun as possible but that does not mean I won’t be tough! 😉 If your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or just maintain or improve your fitness levels I’m always happy to run through training you can do at home, workouts for you and a baby and even some activities like boxing or powerlifting! Your wish is my command… to an extent of course 😉

You and up to 3 friends can join me for a personalised Training session for £10 per hour and £5 per additional person (e.g. £20 per hour for 3 people, £15 per hour for 2 friends). You can join me on Zoom or if you are local to the Chelmsford, Essex area we can socially distance exercise in the Park close by.

This session is designed for any level beginner to advanced. Whether you’re looking to tone up, lose fat, gain muscle my resistance and HIIT workouts are specifically tailored to the individual and their level of fitness.
