I’m all about getting people to start being active, however you feel. I love introducing people to a “can do” approach, with tailored exercises, adaptations and a fun friendly style.

I’ve enjoyed fitness for a while now, after a battle with my weight and taking up rugby at 27. I decided I needed a career change after struggling with mental health issues, and took the plunge to do the qualifications.

I love meeting people, pushing my own limits in terms of my health, and encouraging others to push themselves but enjoy doing it. I enjoy designing varied and interesting classes too!

What My Classes Are Like

About My Class

I run a few different classes and in different places. Boot Camps are intense workouts, getting down and dirty on the ground. We use a variety of games, challenges and races BUT no-one finishes last. Everyone keeps working until the end. Circuits offer a series of exercises repeated at least twice. I mix it up with tabata style, HIIT, superset moves and anything else I can think of. Core Blast is a 30 minute intense core and cardio workout. All classes are currently outdoors so be prepared for the Cumbrian weather! We will only cancel if it is dangerous to go ahead!

Sometimes we have doggy visitors too, but if anyone doesn’t like them they don’t come.

I also offer running courses (5km, 10km and Half Marathon), guided trail runs and offer hill and mountain guiding and skills coaching.

I am qualified Mountain Leader and Indoor Climbing Instructor.

I’m hoping to increase my offering of classes and adapt as things change!
