Teaching PEOPLE, Not Postures.
I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all, believing it to be for Everybody and Every Body.
If you’ve ever felt that you would benefit from improving your posture, finding a deeper way of breathing, and calming your mind, then I have a class for you.
We all need different style of yoga at different times, so teach a variety of classes. In all classes, I suggest options throughout, encouraging you to gain the full benefit of each posture by finding the variation that best suits your individual needs.
I have practiced yoga for over 20 years taking classes in many different traditions.
Since undertaking the BWY Foundation Course in 2013-2014, the writings of Desikachar have influenced my personal practice and, subsequently, my approach to teaching where yoga is adapted to how each person feels at the time.
My previous career spanned 38 year in the corporate world, with over two decades in the demanding environment of administration within the financial industry. I therefore know first-hand how yoga can aid in managing and reducing levels of stress, as well as help with focus and concentration.

All my classes are on Zoom at the moment and include lots of suggestions and instruction, allowing you the opportunity to develop your practice. I do not video or photograph my classes, so that you can practice in privacy, allowing yourself to totally focus on your own experience of yoga.
Although everyone practices on Speaker View, you are welcome to be on Gallery View before and after the class so that students can say hello and goodbye to each other (and chat for a while if you wish). This has created a great sense of community, which has been wonderful during the past difficult year.
All new students must complete and Health & Emergency Contact Form in order to get a password to make a booking.

Hi Jackie. A huge thanks for today’s exercises and stretches. Last couple of days my posture at the desk must have been bad. After the class today my right arm and shoulder has loosened and feels great. At the start I was a bit stiff. Thank you, thank you. Happy and stretched lady. See you tomorrow. Midas classes
