As someone who owes much to yoga, I encourage anyone to give it a try! It is not about gymnastics or headstands and anyone can practice yoga to improve their physical wellbeing as well as mental and emotional mindset if they so wish. In a group class, I take into account of everybody’s abilities and level and offer modifications and options – I am all inclusive! My passion to yoga comes through in my teaching and support to all students who attend my classes.
I love meeting different people and some students have been with me since I started teaching.
