I teach a range of styles and formats including Boogie Bounce and Burlex Fitness, to freestyle HIIT, Step and other dance fitness types.
Burlex Fitness – the original burlesque themed workout using props and squats to help you get fit, tone up and build immense confidence. These classes will have you doing a mix of traditional burlesque moves, fitness exercise and cardio workouts to the best music! Get your sexy glow on at home using anything from scarves to paper fans, or come to a class and I’ll provide you with all the props you need.
Boogie Bounce – the sensational, high energy, low impact mini trampoline workout to help you burn some serious calories. We use remixed versions of songs covering the last few decades and have an absolute blast bouncing away for an hour!
Amazon Cardio – get your heart rate up, burn calories and work your muscles to a huge range of music including rock and pop. This class is only currently available online but can be done without any equipment at all. Mixing aerobics with bodyweight or small weights (optional) to give you an amazing workout in 30 minutes or less.
DanceFit – The one stop shop for jazz, hiphop and latin routines to get you moving to the music. Ranging between 30 and 45 minutes, this class will not only help your fitness, but will also improve coordination and help you feel amazing!!! Available online only at the moment.
All of these classes can be done at your own pace, adaptions and modifications are always given where needed, and all of them are an absolute blast! You won’t believe how quick the time goes!
