I have been active since I can remember, I started dancing at 3 years old, and just have not stopped moving since. Having delved further and fallen more in love with so many different forms of exercise, as well as discovered a passion for biology, it was clear to me that becoming a fitness instructor was the only job for me. My mission is to help share my love for exercise with others and show them just how contagious it can be. Exercise should not be a chore, so I most enjoy helping others to find the right form of exercise for them to create a healthy, fun and ultimately sustainable relationship with fitness! My favourite saying is ‘exercise in disguise’ as that is exactly how I hope people describe my classes; too busy having fun to notice just how hard you are working out. Choose healthy… choose happy!

One word. Fun. I aim to create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable, let loose and therefore just have fun! Be prepared to get your sweat on whilst having the time of your life. Leave social media, stress and pressure at the door as you enter a space and time dedicated just to you and staying healthy.
