I have 10 years experience as an instructor and offer a classical approach to Pilates and yoga movement, including my yoga stretch, Pilates, yogalates and barre classes.

I run friendly and welcoming sessions with a well-being approach. A relaxing but challenging session to improve posture, flexibility and strength.

I also provide a discount on yoga clothing and members benefits include free 1-1 sessions via Zoom.
