My Timetable

No two Core-Clinic sessions are the same, the sessions evolve with my clients, stretching clients further when they are ready.
My style has evolved based on my experience as a runner at competitive level, with years of yoga experience and using weights in the gym. It all comes together in my session as a fusion of strength, power and agility.
My journey into the fitness industry started whilst I worked as cabin crew for British Airways. I started studying knowing that I would eventually change my career and wanted to stay connected with people and do something I love.
The best thing about being a PT is seeing the changes in peoples bodies and knowing that they feel better stronger and happy.

In my session PT or group classes we build trust and respect we enjoy seeing the improvements and build great relationships.
We start each session with mobility and stability exercises and then move to a higher intensity. Sometimes there is cardio but my sessions are adapted to my clients needs and tailored to get the best results for them. We work on balance and flexibility and of course core strength and good form and posture.
