Dee B Yoga

I have been practising Yoga for over 20 years, studying styles that include Yin / Restorative, Hatha and Aerial Yoga.

I aim to integrate elements of each of these styles into my teaching to create interesting and fun classes that are accessible to all levels of ability.

I initially began Yoga practice to deal with anxiety and panic attacks, depression, get fitter, lose weight and to develop strength and flexibility, but it soon became apparent that with the right teacher and regular practice it can lead to so many other positive health benefits.

Yoga was developed from the belief that in order to be in balance with one’s environment and the self, one must integrate the body, mind and spirit.  This is achieved in yoga by integrating emotion, action and intelligence in the form of breathing, exercise and meditation.

My Classes

Yin classes are challenging but very chilled & finished with guided relaxation Savasana

Hatha & Hatha Flow are fun and playful, with structured classes and themes again finished with guided relaxation Savasana

Aerial Yoga/Aerial Pilates/Aerial Restorative – these classes can be independent disciplines or combined to make beautiful classes of Yin & Yang or can go super relaxed or super hardcore.  Classes are 5 maximum to offer good support whilst hanging from the ceiling.

I want to help others feel good about themselves physically and mentally.  I also offer Life Coaching and I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner.  I am currently studying my 300 hr Vinyasa training and should be finished by Sept 2020.

My Timetable

Dee is an excellent yoga teacher. I only started Dees classes this year and I felt so welcome. Dee plans out each aerial yoga class and ensures they are fun yet challenging. Dee also explains clearly how to do each move and explains the benefits which I find really helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone of any ability who wants to try something new in a safe welcoming environment.

Dee has such a lovely warm and calming manner. Her classes are relaxed and fun and it doesn't matter what shape you are in, everyone is welcomed and nobody is ever made to feel silly. I thoroughly enjoy the aerial yoga classes!
