I love meeting new people, and what I love about teaching people is the interaction we can all have together and the atmosphere that’s in the room. Although everyone is working hard, they are also having fun and motivating one another. I like to pride myself on giving a variety of options to cater for the mixed levels that I have in my class, so if you are a beginner and never exercised before, you too would have fun.

I am renowned for my fun and effective approach to fitness making sure each session is enjoyable.
