Claire Llewellyn

Claire trained as an actor in her 20s, later she retrained as a Stage Combat
Teacher and a Fight Director and prior to lockdown had a string of International
and West End Credits. Claire has always loved being active, playing county
netball and hockey when she was young, discovering boxing 5 years ago was a
game changer, not just in her fitness levels but it also complimented her work.
Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer Claire has enjoyed combining her 15 years
experience as teacher with her knowledge of exercise, seeing people gain Feel
Great Fitness.

About My Classes

Each session is tailored to the individuals fitness levels and needs, as well as
their likes and dislikes. With a variety of body weight and equipment the personal
sessions (or small groups) will really challenge you, but it’s never impossible. The
group outdoor sessions are a fantastic way to get some fresh air, bring a friend
and have a chat whilst getting a solid workout. Make sure you dress for the
weather!
