Base Fitness can cater for countless requirements, whether it be muscle gain, back pain recovery, pre and post natal fitness, Kettle-Bell Training, Weight Management. We also specialise in Sports Nutrition, moulding one to one training sessions to help you to excel in your sporting career.

During sessions we focus on form, reinforce teaching points to ensure clients are getting the very best out of their sessions. Sessions/classes will vary,  to keep them fun engaging & challenging. We provide alternative exercises and/or movements to suit the various abilities we have, as we believe classes & sessions are inclusive to all.

Client progression is important, we support & encourage progression during & after sessions. We teach in a calm & friendly manner & cater for the individual needs. We offer a range of services from one to one Personal Training, Virtual Fitness & Boot Camps in the great outdoors.

Boot Camp: £7


Base Resistance 7:30 pm

Base Resistance is a 60 minute resistance based workout using both body weight & either barbells, dumbbells or resistance bands. The goal of this workout is to increase muscular endurance & strength using a range of training methods, such as peripheral heart action, super sets, pre & post exhaust, time under tension.


Base HIIT 7 pm

Base HIIT is a 45 minute high intensity workout with short intense periods of work followed by short periods of rest or active recovery using both body weight & equipment if available to you, focusing on cardio drills & muscular endurance work. It is a great fat burning workout burning plenty of calories & will improve cardiovascular fitness.


Legs, Bums & Tums 7.30 pm

Legs, Bums & Tums, those love to hate areas are the focus on Wednesday nights. The LBT session will give you a serious calorie burn combining core & lower body exercises with HIIT style drills.


Base KB 7 pm

Base KB is a dynamic Kettle Bell only workout. If you own one and have no idea what to do with it, this session will be great for you to attend. Kettle bells are a great all rounder, they work the posterior chain of muscles, stabilising muscles, the core, improve balance & co-ordination, develops hip power & speed & is also a great fat burning workout!


Online Boot Camp 8:45 am

Online Boot Camp, anything can go down Saturday morning, its not strictly one form of training, its a fun combined workout challenging but suitable for all abilities as we will cater for all levels.


Really enjoyed the boot camp and will definitely be attending as much as I can and recommend to others. Friendly trainers and people who attended, excellent motivators and good for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Well done Pete and Lee!

Where do I start? These online sessions have been amazing! The energy and knowledge that Lee and Pete have is brilliant. They are eager to help and will take the time to make sure you are successful in your fitness journey. I couldn’t recommend base fitness enough. Can’t wait for the next session!

Every week the sessions are well planned and thought out. Pete and Lee always think of different ideas which keeps it interesting and makes the sessions go so quickly. It’s a great workout for all levels of fitness.
