Alice Bonazzi

Hi! My name is Alice and I’m a professional contemporary dancer ad PT/Fitness
instructor.
I’m passionate about the (almost) endless possibilities of our body and about the
way in which moving our body can positively affect our everyday life and mental
health. I’m a firm supporter of the idea that when we feel GOOD, STRONG,
READY in our body, we can achieve anything.
I would define myself as a direct, observant and supportive instructor: if
motivation is what you’re after, I’m the right person for you!
What I enjoy the most about teaching classes and offering 1-to-1 fitness services
is witnessing the journey undertaken by my clients, which often isn’t only about
gaining a stronger body/ feeling better with themselves, but especially conquering
confidence and focus.

Every week I offer a wide range of fitness classes, to suit different needs and also
to give diversity.


For example, this week I’m offering:

FULL BODY BLAST:
Full Body Blast will use your body weight, resistance (when stated)
and cardio to tone your whole body while burning calories.
A 45 minute interval workout with a high intensity, whole body
approach, which is designed to tackle both cardio and strength
training.
A fun, uplifting session which will empower you to attain your
physical and health goals and provide you with the right energy to
power through the week ahead!

UPPER BODY HIIT:
Shoulders, biceps, back, chest, triceps and core- in this 45 minutes upper
body hiit workout we’ll be pairing strength exercise to tone your arms with
upper body hit exercises to exercises to raise your heart rate and burn
calories.
Suitable for individuals with a good level of fitness.

ABS BUTT AND THIGH:
The great fitness classic!
Focusing purely on strengthening your core, glutes and legs with
combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises. This
class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results.
